Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reports To:

Human Resources Manager


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruiting process from beginning to end. You will attract, source, select the best candidates for hiring for the company. The recruiting process will utilize both active and passive methods to meet the needs of the business.



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Related professional experience may be required for those without a degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • The ability to source candidates using a wide variety of methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of Human Resources Practices
  • Strong relationship building skills to create a positive candidate experience
  • Must have strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post vacancies both internally and externally
  • Perform full cycle recruitment from intake calls to offer negotiations
  • Use a variety of recruiting strategies such as advertising, social media, job fairs, job boards, referrals etc. to source passive and active candidates
  • Screen applicants and recommend candidates to hiring managers for consideration
  • Participate in interviews as required
  • Develop, implement and be the champion for all recruiting events
